Create as an Engineer

Having learners involved in hands-on making is something that the Engineering Educates campaign is committed to encouraging. To do this well, learners need to develop their awareness of different types of materials, ways to join and fix and different mechanisms they can use to create a prototype.

4 brand new sets of resource cards are provided.

Set 1: Materials

Set 2: Joining

Set 3: Forming

Set 4: Mechanisms

Use these on whiteboards or to create a classroom display or table top card resources. Videos aligned to skills development can also be accessed on the Skills Starters webpage.
